Our Coratina is a High Phenolic Extra Virgin Olive Oil. It is cold pressed from our California estate grown CORATINA olives.
This bold intensity, high polyphenol oil is well balanced and leads with aromas of artichoke and fresh grass. The peppery notes build and give it a spicy finish. This is a very versatile oil that will go well with a myriad of dishes: tomatoes and sturdy salads, baked potatoes, pasta, and for dipping.
For those looking for high antioxidant levels, our Coratina had a high polyphenol (antioxidant) count of 626 mg/kg as of November 12, 2020.
