Certified 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil. A blend of all four of our California estate grown Italian varietals. This medium intensity oil has a tantalizing aroma and flavor attributes of green olive, artichoke, green grass, and green almond with a peppery finish. Use this oil to add zest to your salads.
Best used for vinaigrettes, drizzled over sliced fresh tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, and bruschetta. Enhances flavors of food. Pour over hot pasta with fresh herbs, fresh sliced garlic, and parmesan cheese. Use it in place of butter.
