Certified 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Cold pressed from our California estate grown CORATINA olives. This bold intensity oil has a slight bitterness with tastes of artichoke, green grass, and green olive with a peppery finish.
Use with meats, seafood, marinades, tomato sauces, roasted vegetables, and foods with stronger flavors. This oil is a fantastic butter substitute. Try it on corn on the cob, grilled meats, tomato or split-pea soup.
