Our Tuscan Blend is a blend of our three California estate grown Tuscan olive cultivars: Frantoio, Leccino and Pendolino. This oil has a medium-robust intensity with a grassy, spicy aroma with floral and black pepper undertones. Perfect for finishing pasta and cooked vegetables or on any dish that wants a flavorful boost.
