California Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Alta Cresta Olive Oil produces premium award winning Extra Virgin Olive Oil that is made exclusively from Alta Cresta Orchard's California estate grown Italian varietal olives.  Our olives are hand harvested and milled within hours to achieve the best possible flavors and aromas.

High Phenolic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a a new emerging category of extra virgin olive oil.  This new category of olive oil is for extra virgin olive oil that has been verified to have very high levels of polyphenols.

Our oils contain very high levels of polyphenols (antioxidants) and are Certified Extra Virgin by the California Olive Oil Council.
