Certified Extra Virgin Olive Oil & Artisan Vinegars

Alta Cresta Olive Oil produces premium award winning Extra Virgin Olive Oil that is made exclusively from Alta Cresta Orchard's California estate grown Italian varietal olives.  Our oils are Certified Extra Virgin by the California Olive Oil Council.

High Phenolic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a a new emerging category of extra virgin olive oil.  This new category of olive oil is for extra virgin olive oil that has been verified to have very high levels of polyphenols.

Our olive orchard is located in sunny Paso Robles California and is planted with Italian varietal trees including Frantoio, Leccino and Pendolino and Coratina.  The olives are hand-picked in mid November and pressed within hours for maximum freshness, flavor.  And, our oils have exceptionally low free acidity, low peroxide levels and very high polyphenol levels.

We also offer artisan vinegars that pair beautifully with our olive oils.
